Leo Schot was appointed Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Siemens Wind Power in 2006. He is educated within mechanical engineering at the Institute of Technology in Rotterdam, and has later followed the Executive Development Program DASA and the GE Crotonville Manager Development Program.
Previously Leo Schot has worked for Fokker Special Products, Fokker Aircraft, Enron Wind and GE Wind Energy in different senior and executive functions. He has also been active doing community work as Chairman and as board member within different associations, amongst others the VLM (Logistic Management Association in the Netherlands).
In 2006 he joined Siemens Power A/S, as they had just taken over the small entrepreneurial Wind turbine Company in Denmark, Bonus Energy. As responsible for sourcing and production network in a growing situation (> 40% per year), he took part in changing this small company taken over by Siemens to become a global player. The elements of the challenge was cultural change, the introduction of Lean techniques, and new processes, global production network (2500 FTE’s), global sourcing (2 billion € in 2010), all done with great success. |

He has over 20 years of international business experience in management positions within TRW Automotive, where he developed his career within global Purchasing organization, as well as Quality, Production management and Lean Manufacturing.
Jaime holds a BS degree in Mechanical Technical Engineering from the University of Navarra and an MBA from Foro Europeo Business School and he is Six Sigma green belt certified. |

Since the 1st of April 2010 Jeroen Kossen is active in the position of Global Sourcing Director. As such he is in charge of the global sourcing activities of REpower.
Jeroen Kossen holds a Bachelor Degree in Aircraft Operations from the Hogeschool from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He furthermore holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Haarlem Business School in conjunction with the Kingston University of London.
In 1994 Jeroen started his professional career at Woodward Governor in The Netherlands. He stayed with Woodward for a period of 7 years where he held various positions, including Commissioning Engineer and Account Manager. In 2001 Jeroen changed to GE, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. His 2 most recent positions include that of European Sourcing Manager for GE Aero Energy, and since November 2006 that of European Sourcing Manager for GE Wind Energy, based in Salzbergen, Germany.
Jeroen is 39 years old, married and has 2 daughters. His personal interests are in the areas of international politics and outdoor activities. |

Since the 1st of August Michael Scheff is Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager for Mitsubishi Power Systems Europe.
In 1989 Michael Scheff started his professional career at AVL Zoellner in Germany. He stayed with AVL for a period of 13 years where he held various positions like Commissioning Engineer and Service Manager. Between 2002 and 2006 he realized several Projects for industrial applications in the Composite Branch. In 2006 he took over the position as Senior Supply Chain Manager for DeWind in Germany with the main focus on cost reduction and production support. |

Paul Bollwerk has 20 years of experience in the wind industry after starting off in 1988 as project engineer at A. Friedr. Flender AG after receiving his diploma in mechanical engineering. From 1991 onwards he was also responsible for the sales of wind turbine gear boxes being appointed Head of Sales 3 years later.
When Winergy AG was founded in 2001 Paul Bollwerk continued in his position as Head of Sales until he took over the position as Vice President Sales in 2008. He is nowadays globally responsible for the complete product portfolio of Winergy AG. |

Now stationed in Dublin, Ohio as Program Manager, Wind Energy, he previously served as Laboratory Leader in Sauveterre, France. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the State University of New York (SUNY) Environmental College of Science and Forestry, as well as a master’s degree in polymer chemistry.

He has more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Prior to joining MAKE, he was Director responsible for corporate strategy, communications and market intelligence for LM Wind Power. For several years he has served on the Boards of the European Wind Energy Association and the Global Wind Energy Council and has a large experience with global and national policy issues as well as wind industry supply chain.

Christian Nath studied Naval Architecture at the Universities in Hannover and Hamburg. After his graduation he worked on a research grant as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California in Berkeley. Since 1978 he has been working for GL on various assignments including wind energy projects and since 1989 full time in wind energy. In 1993 the responsibility for wind energy within GL has been assigned to him. From the same time on he has been Chairman of the German Wind Energy Standardisation Committee. Currently he is holding the position of Vice President Renewables Certification at GL and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Technology Platform TPWind. |

Randi Tveitaraas Jack manages the state’s International Business Recruitment Program and also serves as the assistant director of the Trade Development Division. In her 22 years with the state, she has worked with companies in Europe, Asia and Canada in key industry sectors including aviation, bioscience, and wind energy. She has led the Kansas wind supply chain initiative and serves on the Wind & Transmission Committee for the Governor’s Energy Policy Subcabinet. Successful site location projects include Siemens Energy (Germany), Jupiter Group (Denmark), CEVA Biomune (France), IdentiGEN (Ireland), and Sonaca NMF (Belgium).
Prior to joining the agency in 1988, Ms. Tveitaraas Jack worked in international marketing at Storage Technology Corporation, a computer peripherals manufacturer based in Colorado. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and an international MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma and has also studied at the University of Madrid in Spain. |
