Kaj Lindvig is presently
holding the position as CSO of A2SEA, responsible for sales, service
and business development.
Kaj Lindvig was part of the group that grounded the company in 2001
and had the position as CEO until 2008.
He has been actively involved
in the rebuilding of two ships into installation vessels in 2001
and 2002 and the purchase of two installation jack up’s in 2007
and 2008. His experience within the offshore wind is based on the
company’s installation of more than 500 offshore turbines and more
than 300 offshore foundations together with installations of met
masts and accommodation platforms and utilisation of the vessels
for O & M. Kaj Lindvig has been Board member of the Danish Wind
Industry Association for more than 5 years. Kaj Lindvig has a management
background from project oriented companies in the marine- and offshore
industry.

Kevin Lambrych

Since 2002, Kevin has worked in the Global Wind vertical market at Ashland Performance Materials. Now stationed in Dublin, Ohio as Global Wind Energy Technology Leader and Vinyl Ester Resin Group Leader, he previously served as Laboratory Leader in Sauveterre, France. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the State University of New York (SUNY) Environmental College of Science and Forestry, as well as a master’s degree in polymer chemistry.
Market areas Kevin has previously supported are anti-corrosion, alternate reinforcements (non-glass) for composites, vacuum infusion and resin transfer molding, underground fuel storage tanks, and high performance infrastructure applications. |

Ian’s experience in supply
chain management spans over 20 years, principally in the Energy
& Automotive Industry. Prior to joining Clipper Windpower, Inc.,
he was a Supply Chain Director with Rolls-Royce Energy in the US
& Canada and previously in management positions within Toyota’s
automotive purchasing team in the UK. Mr. Cluderay is a certified
member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply. He was
schooled in the United Kingdom earning a Bachelor of Science degree,
from the University of Kingston. |

After completing his economics
degree, Carlo Reeker (45) worked as a research assistant at the
University of Oldenburg, Germany. From 1994 to 1998 he held the
position of chief editor of the "neue energie" trade magazine
for the advocacy group Windkraft Binnenland e.V.. From 1998 to 2000
he was employed in the public relations department of Enercon, a
wind turbine manufacturer based in Aurich, Germany.
While at Enercon he developed,
among other things, the "Windblatt" company magazine.
For the past nine years he has been working for the German WindEnergy
Association (Bundesverband WindEnergie e. V., BWE), where he manages
the "Members/Engineering/Technical Committees" department. |

Christian Nath studied
Naval Architecture at the Universities in Hannover and Hamburg.
After his graduation he worked on a research grant as a Visiting
Scholar at the University of California in Berkeley.
Since 1978 he has been
working for GL on various assignments and since 1989 full time in
wind energy. In 1993 the responsibility for wind energy within GL
has been assigned to him. At the same time he became Chairman of
the German Wind Energy Standardisation Committee. Currently he is
holding the position of Vice President Renewables Certification. |

Johannes Dimas is Senior
Manager at Germany Trade and Invest. As part of the Renewable Energies
and Resources team, he is responsible for the wind energy industry.
With a ten year career focused on wind energy, he has acquired extensive
experience in the onshore and offshore sectors.
He coordinated environmental
impact assessments and coauthored approval applications for the
first offshore wind farm projects in Germany. He planned and supervised
the first offshore drillings for a wind farm development in the
Baltic Sea and was involved in the construction of the first German
wind measurement mast at sea.
For Vattenfall Europe
Renewables GmbH, he was responsible for the planning, construction
and operation of their wind energy installations. In a joint venture
with E-on and EWE, he led the Vattenfall team for the currently
under construction alpha ventus offshore wind farm. Later he would
become the project leader in charge of the high-voltage grid connection
for the Baltic 1 wind farm. |
Jan Hinrich Glahr

Jan Hinrich Glahr is the
managing partner of Glahr & Co. GmbH, a consultancy specialized
on strategic logistics solutions for the renewable energy industry.
The company did several projects with the market leaders in the
wind energy and biogas sectors.
After graduating from University of
Marburg, Germany with a degree in business studies, he temporarily
worked as a scientific assistant at the institute for general business
administration and logistics. In 1997 he started his career as a
member of the core team for CargoLifter developing the market plan
of the company for lifting and transporting freight. In 1999 he
was promoted to Head of Logistics of CargoLifter and became Corporate
Development Director in 2001. In 2004 he successfully launched his
own company, the Glahr & Co. GmbH, focussed on services in the
logistic sector. |

Chinese market development, and outside wind he has analysed US
biofuel production, marine energy technology build-out amongst others.
He now focuses on dynamics, pricing, cost and strategic development
of the wind industry. Prior to New Energy Finance William was awarded
his BA Honours in Modern History from Oxford University. |
Dan McDevitt

20 years of experience in the areas of engineering, management consulting

Lundy Engineers, A.T. Kearney and Andrew Corporation.
He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering

Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
He has worked as an engineer developing power plant in the US, China
and India. Additionally, he has worked to develop and manage supply
chains in the US as well as in China, India, Brazil, Mexico and
Europe.
Before joining Nordex USA last year, he spent 2 years with Acciona
Windpower developing their US supply chain. |
Andrew Bellamy

Andrew has been in the
industrial wind industry for over 10 years, having worked with a
variety of leading turbine manufacturers in the design, development
and production of large rotor blades.
Prior to joining REpower
Systems AG as Head of Rotor Blade Production earlier this year he
was technical manager for a leading materials and technology supplier
into the wind turbine blade market based in North America. Andrew
originally trained in Naval Architecture of Composite Vessels, but
following this he quickly realised that the growth of wind energy
and specifically rotor blades provided an excellent opportunity
to expand from this and joined a small UK blade manufacturer as
a development engineer. Andrew thrives on the rapidly growing and
changing wind industry and the fascinating working arena it creates. |

Leo Schot

Leo Schot was appointed
Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Siemens Wind Power in 2006.
He is educated within mechanical engineering at the Institute of
Technology in Rotterdam, and has later followed the Executive Development
Program DASA and the GE Crotonville Manager Development Program.
Previously Leo Schot has worked for Fokker Special Products, Fokker
Aircraft, Enron Wind and GE Wind Energy in different senior and
executive functions. He has also been active doing community work
as Chairman and as board member within different associations, amongst
others the VLM (Logistic Management Association in the Netherlands).
In 2006 he joined Siemens Power A/S, as they had just taken over
the small entrepreneurial Wind turbine Company in Denmark, Bonus
Energy. As responsible for sourcing and production network in a
growing situation (> 40% per year), he took part in changing
this small company taken over by Siemens to become a global player.
The elements of the challenge was cultural change, the introduction
of Lean techniques, and new processes, global production network
(2500 FTE’s), global sourcing (2 billion € in 2010), all done with
great success.
