    Patrick Woodson is Chairman for the wind business in North America for E. ON.  Previously, Woodson held the title of Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for all development, construction and operations activities.  The company now operates 19 wind facilities in the U.S. totaling more than 2,900 megawatts.  Woodson also oversees the energy services business for E. ON started in 2015.  He has held positions as COO, Chief Development Officer and VP of Development.  Woodson was a co-founder of Renewable Generation, a project development company which sold its interests to Airtricity and was later acquired by E. On.   The Renewable Generation assets served as the primary pipeline which E. ON operates today.  Woodson has been involved in the wind business since the mid 1990s.  He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

    Gerrud Wallaert is Vice President, Regional Operations for E.ON Climate and Renewables NA. In his role, Gerrud is responsible for six wind generation assets in the areas of safety, strategy, operations management, personnel, and budgets and serves on a leadership team with responsibilities of 2.9 GW of wind power generation in North America.

    After earning a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Louisiana Tech University, Gerrud started his professional career in 2001 with Entergy Services, Inc. as a System Operator ensuring the reliability of the transmission system.

    Gerrud joined Southwest Power Pool in 2002 as an Operations Engineer and transitioned to the position of Senior Regulatory and Policy Engineering in 2006. While at Southwest Power Pool, he supported the company in State and Federal regulatory filings, policy research concerning tariff and electric market rules, and other operations and regulatory topics.

    With the foundation of electric utility experience, Gerrud entered into the renewable generation sector with Acciona Energy in 2009 as Manager, System Operations Center with responsibilities including the 24 / 7 remote operations of over 700 MWs of wind generation in the US and Canada, Regulatory Compliance, and SCADA Engineering. In 2011, he transitioned to E.ON Climate and Renewables where he has served in several different Operational roles and recently served as Head of Asset Planning in Essen, Germany, were he oversaw the O&M and Parts Strategy, O&M Processes, Budgeting and KPI oversight, and Operational Risk Management for E.ON’s global onshore and offshore wind portfolio totaling more than 4.8 GW of wind generation.

    Gerrud obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago in 2013..

Chris has a BSME from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Harwood is currently responsible for Renewable Energy strategy, project development, vendor agreements, regulatory compliance, purchase power contracts and renewable energy operations.

    Prior to Renewable Energy, Harwood has held lead positions in Fossil Generation Mergers and Acquisitions, Generation Optimization, Strategy & Planning, Nuclear Development, and Major Enterprise Projects. Within these roles Harwood was responsible for Integrated Resource Planning, short and long-term utility strategy, Merchant Power Operations, Environmental Strategy, Wholesale Power Supply Contracts, Summer Reliability Planning, development of a Combined License for a new nuclear generating unit, and oversight of DTE’s Project Management Organization.

    Harwood has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Michigan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baker College. He is a member of the Engineering Society of Detroit, The American Institute of Chemical Engineers, Engineering Advisory Board of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and former member of the Nuclear Energy Institute’s New Plant Working Group.

She has been very successful in developing & commercializing new wind generation facilities, maintaining contract & regulatory compliance, maximizing the profitability of the assets, and working with landowners, local regulators, environmental agencies, regional transmission operators, and utilities to bring the projects in on-time and on budget. She has also worked closely with PJM, MISO, SPP, and ERCOT to identify and mitigate curtailment issues. Andrea holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.

Prior to Infigen, Brian was the first service and reliability engineer for the turbine manufacturer Gamesa in the US. He ran the Engineering team for the service branch of the business which included the Mechanical, Electrical, Software and Controls, and SCADA engineering teams that supported approximately 3000 MW. He was responsible for the training department and starting the remote operations and control center. He earned his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.

    Lee has been in the Power Industry for 30 years, with the exception of a short but valuable period in quarry operations. An Engineer by qualification, Lee’s Power Industry experience is wide ranging, to include conventional - coal, oil & gas power plant operations, process auditing, provision and development of power engineering services and consultancy for in-house and 3 rd parties across the globe. Lee has since been working directly in the renewables business for the last 8 years further developing his experience in acquisition and due diligence of projects, including: renewable projects within the Kyoto CDM/JI development process, offshore JV development and asset management, before moving into the onshore business for RWE in 2014.

Prior to his role in safety, Mr. Diaz held a variety of engineering and technical staff positions within Commonwealth Edison’s Nuclear Division, including startup engineer at Byron Nuclear Station, Lead QA Engineer and Engineering Group Leader at LaSalle Nuclear Station.

    Andy Holt was named General Manager of Global Projects & Services for the GE Renewable Energy business in June 2013. In this global role, Andy is responsible for more than 2000 employees who install, commission and service GE’s wind, solar and battery fleets. Prior to this role, Andy served as GM of GE’s fast-growing Wind Global Services business that maintains & upgrades more than 25,000 GE wind turbines world-wide.

    Andy joined GE in 1996 and moved through a series of positions of increasing responsibility including roles in marketing, quality, product management and operations. In 2003 Andy was promoted to Customer Quality Manager for Southern Company, leading our efforts to strengthen GE’s relationship with this key customer. After two years he was named GM of Generator Manufacturing, a new unit supply chain operations assignment and two years later was named GM of Quality for GE Energy and led Energy’s reinvigorated focus on traditional quality systems and technical regulatory compliance. He served in that role until moving to GE Oil & Gas in 2009 where he served as GM of Global Operations for Global Services in Florence Italy and was responsible for field service & repair execution, spare parts fulfillment and services segment profitability.

    Andy graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1987 where he received a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He started his professional career in the U.S. Navy, where he spent over nine years as a decorated aviator and flight instructor. He has served on several Boards of Directors with GE customers and Joint Ventures, is the Power & Water champion of the GE Veteran’s Network and leads the Power & Water Junior Officer Leadership Program. Andy and his wife and three children live in Burnt Hills NY.
