David Craik is a freelance journalist writing for a variety of newspapers and magazines on renewables and business topics. These include Wind Energy Update, CSP Today, The Ecologist, The Daily Express, The Wall Street Journal Europe and Scotland on Sunday.

Frédéric Bussières completed his B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria in 2009. Seeking a specialization in the field of Renewable Energy, he enrolled in a Master of Applied Science at the University of Oldenburg in the Postgraduate Programme in Renewable Energy, the same year. His professional experience features industries such as mining, machine and structural design, and extends to wind power, concentrated solar power, photovoltaic as well as hydrogen fuel cells. He has recently completed his thesis at General Electric Wind GmbH, focusing on the Structural Design of Wind Turbine blades and is now furthering his career in the wind industry for the same company under the Edison Engineering Development Program, where he is currently involved in the assessment of wind induced noise predictions and validations.
